Summer is wrapping up, and with that comes an important announcement for 2019 scheduling. I can’t believe it, but my schedule for 2018 is already FULL! I feel so blessed to have so many wonderful clients that have filled my schedule during my first year as a full-time photographer. When I took the leap to go full-time I was nervous. Nervous about financially not making it, nervous I wouldn’t be busy enough, nervous about everything, so I said “yes” to almost every opportunity. The result of a lot of “yes” is now a wedding every weekend and anywhere from 3-7 sessions during the week. After many sleepless nights, missed family events and hampered social life, I’ve decided to cut back for 2019 and really focus on having a good work / life balance for next year.
SO, HERE’S WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
I’ve decided to really focus my business on two of my favorite things – motherhood & weddings. Because of that, I will no longer be accepting family sessions on a normal basis. I will be hosting mini sessions 3 times a year (winter, summer and fall), and will be accepting 12 clients for each mini series. This will be the only opportunity to get your family photos taken, so make sure to get on my calendar EARLY if you’d like a spot! The dates for 2019 are as follows:

Sunday, October 6th
I am excited to continue to serve bride / grooms, as well as those purchasing newborn sessions or motherhood bundles (motherhood bundles include pregnancy announcement, maternity, hospital, newborn, 6 months and/or 1 year) and give these clients the attention and love they deserve! I’m also hoping to spend more time with my husband, family, and my dear friends, because THEY also deserve it too 🙂
