I swear I still dream about this gorgeous spring wedding from May of 2022!! The entire day felt like I was photographing a styled shoot. Every single detail of this day was thought through, executed beautifully, and told their unique story. Katelyn and Ben could be confused as models, but they are also so kind and SO in love! They were locked in on each other for the entire day and their chemistry made magic in front of the camera.
Now let’s talk details! The bride’s mom, Ria, was the ultimate planner and visionaire for this event. The guests were welcomed to the wedding with handmade paper invitations with custom drawings of the events of the day. Upon arrival we captured this beautiful stationary along with the detailed welcome gift, little gift boxes of macaroons, and all the other beautiful paper goods created for the day. We then photographed the bride in her STUNNING gown from Watters. The off-shoulder, flowy dress paired so well with the groom’s tan suit. Such a sophisticated and dreamy pair! The day was also decked out in florals from Bloom Designs. Bouquets and hanging florals from the ceiling were all white with pops of blush pink and no greenery. Eliminating greenery from the bouquet allowed the look of the day to be soft and ethereal. Once the ceremony concluded, the couple hopped into a vintage car, driven by the bride’s grandpa, for a celebration with champagne with their bridal party before being driven to their reception. Once dinner concluded, the bride changed into a second dress and even had a hair switch! SO fun for sunset photos. We topped off the night with ice cream sandwiches from Honey & Milk and sparklers surrounding their first dance. There’s so much more to be said, but I’ll let the photos speak for themselves!
