Kate and Pete are engaged! This was such a special engagement session for me to capture. I went to high school with Kate many years ago and she was always the sweetest ray of light. She moved to the east coast after graduation and we lost touch, but photography has brought us back together for the most joyous time of her life. She will be getting married to Pete back in her home state at the venue her parents had their wedding reception at 35+ years ago. So excited to see the magic unfold at their Beach Club wedding this May!

A bright, sunny summer day with Kayla and Konner! These two are high school sweethearts and their love and chemistry is undeniable. We visited the Lyndale Rose Gardens to begin for some greenery and ended at The Mill City Ruins in Minneapolis. I love that Minneapolis allows for completely different backdrops within a few minute drive for the ultimate variety during engagement sessions. Their pup Sadie even joined us for a few shots!

Should you bring your puppy to your engagement shoot?! The answer is always a YES! Oh my gosh, not only am I obsessed with Katelyn & Ben and their playful love, but you add in their new puppy Bowie too!? This downtown Minneapolis engagement session stole my heart.
